Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every website and web service you order from Frixty Developers.

Quotes and payment

Prices are in Kenya Shillings. A 30% deposit secures your project, and work begins once it is received. The remaining balance is due before your website goes live.

Content

You confirm you own or have rights to the text, images and logos you send us.

Revisions

Each package includes the revision rounds stated in your quote. Extra changes are billed separately.

Domains and hosting

We register your domain in your name, so it always belongs to you, and we arrange hosting on your behalf. Domain and hosting renewal is KSh 5,000 per year, billed yearly unless cancelled.

Ownership

Once paid in full, the finished website and its content belong to you.
